About the Role:
S.A. Morman is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a fast-paced and team working environment. The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from the submittal phase through final installation, ensuring materials are ordered, delivered, and installed according to specifications, timeliness, and budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in doors, frames, and architectural hardware and be detail oriented
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong knowledge of project coordination, scheduling, and documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, and work under pressure
- Extreme attention to detail
- AHC or DHI certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of commercial doors, frames and hardware are a plus
