Construction Project Manager at TekCom Resources

We are currently recruiting for an OSP / Fiber Construction Manager for our client in the Findlay OH area. The ideal candidates will have a background working in the telecommunications industry managing OSP Fiber construction role will involve both field and office duties all in support of directing aerial and underground fiber installation projects.Responsible for projects including activities related to above and below-ground fiber installation hub construction node construction and related utility make-ready.Position requires experience with outside plant and inside plant cable construction in aerial and underground facilitiesKnowledge of all issues related to local and state permitting pole and conduit licensing procedures from UtilitiesManage all external vendors necessary for timely completion and within budget.Order and track delivery of 3rd party materials;Oversee site construction managing schedule and subcontractorsCoordinate all construction activities with local and state agencies with regards to permitting and licensing.Fiber Splicing experience is an essential requirement for right candidate.An MVR will be required for onboarding.Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground)Working knowledge of NESC NEC and OSHA standardsKey SkillsConstruction Back-haul fiber OSP Public Right of Way (ROW) Outside Plant Splicing NESC FTTH FTTx OTDRFiber ConstructionTekCom Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer Key Skills Abinitio,Cobol,Environmental Consultancy,Facility Management,Insulation,Asic Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
