Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Columbus OH Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Project Manager: #1. Must have a valid Drivers License #2. Must have at least 10yrs of construction exp with at least 7yrs of Mgmt/Supervisory exp. #3. Must have the ability to become prequalified as a CE-2. #4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs. Requirements of the Construction Project Manager: Bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field is preferred. Ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus. 10 years of related experience are preferred. 7 years of supervisory experience are preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment. Excellent presentation and public speaking skills are required. Other Key Requirements: 100% onsite in-office role. No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
