Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCONSTRUCTION MEASUREMENTS Job Description Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large installation company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We’re currently seeking experienced Managerial Sales Consultant for our operation. This position provides in home sales consultations, prepares measurements of existing kitchens, and offers products based on customer needs. Sales leads are generated by our relationship with the leading home improvement store chain. Compensation includes a very high hourly wage.  Responsibilities: · Meets with customers to validate kitchen measurements and remodel projects, providing on site customer service· Integrate findings with experience and make appropriate recommendations· Explanation of all installation/product costs, in addition to selling and closing the job at the clients home or business· Time management to allow completion of bids and drawings· Handle all escalations to full resolution JOB REQUIREMENTS · Strong math, problem solving and organizational skills· Effective oral and written communication skills· Team player and customer focused· Experience in MS Word and Excel·Willing to train the right person· Experience in a direct customer sales position· Must pass a background check and have a clean driving recordCompany DescriptionAbsolute Construction is a residential installation company servicing over 200 Home Depot Stores in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, St. Louis Metropolitan area, Kentucky,Tennessee, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Boston, MA and Hudson Valley, NY markets.
