Job Details
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Experience leading commercial construction projects (ground-up or major renovations)
- Strong knowledge of sequencing, means & methods, and subcontractor coordination
- Proven safety leadership and ability to enforce site standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Procore or similar field management software experience preferred
