This role offers consistent work autonomy on-site and support from a remote leadership team.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experiencedConstruction Superintendentto oversee on-site operations for our multifamily renovation project in thePebble Creek / Jackson MSarea. This role is responsible for daily job-site management subcontractor coordination safety enforcement scheduling and quality control. Youll have day-to-day autonomy on-site with consistent support and check-ins from our Construction Leadership Team.The successful candidate will participate in a structured onboarding and training plan designed to prepare you for success on the Pebble Creek project. This includes hands-on field training process orientation with KH leadership and integration into our operational systems during your first months of employment. You will also participate in quarterly site reviews and leadership touchpoints to ensure continued growth alignment and support.If youre passionate about leading teams maintaining high-quality standards solving problems in real time and ensuring construction projects run safely and efficiently this role offers the chance to make a measurable impact.
