Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in commercial interior projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New York City. Ability to navigate and troubleshoot challenges on-site with a solution-oriented mindset.
