The selected candidate will oversee all aspects of Technology hardware deliverables throughout the project lifecycle from initial Business Unit Engagement through to technical implementation. This role requires effective collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally the Project Manager must demonstrate adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of large-scale programs.What youll do in the role:Develop trusted relationships with the business unit leads and delivery teams in the regionManage the end-to-end project lifecycleTask-manage and coordinate a cross functional team ensuring resources are managed efficiently to meet project objectivesIdentify and mitigate risks to keep projects on trackMonitoring and report progress through project milestones and resolving any roadblocksthat arise including sharing all relevant Program updates with management and involved teamsLiaise with counterparts to ensure consistency and success across all programsEnsuring all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectationsWhat youll bring to the role:Skilled in building and managing strong and effective multi discipline teamsAble to influence and establish strong stakeholder relationships across North Americas regions and functionsAny successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of leading technology projects/programs and understand the complexities and issues that result from such initiativesThis role requires an individual with strong communication skills.
