(This position will be working in facilities located in Madison Geneva Concord and Mentor.) In this consulting role youll collaborate with Registered Dietitians and facility care teams to support nutrition assessments meal planning menu reviews and resident-centered nutrition interventions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
