The consultant will design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions across S/4HANA, BTP, and integration landscapes while ensuring clean-core, high performance, and future-ready architectures.Key Responsibilities1. ABAP Development (Core & Advanced)Lead complex ABAP development across S/4HANA and ECC environments.Develop custom objects using ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, BOPF, RAP, and enhancement frameworks.Build OData services (Gateway & RAP) for UI5/Fiori applications.Optimize performance, SQL tracing, code remediation, and follow clean-core development principles.Manage upgrades, migrations, and S/4 conversion technical work (ATC findings, custom code adaptation).2. SAP BTP DevelopmentDesign and develop applications on SAP BTP using:SAP CAP (Node.js/Java)SAP UI5/Fiori elementsSAP Build Apps / Build Work ZoneSAP Event Mesh, SAP Cloud SDKSAP Destination, XSUAA, IAS/IPSBuild side-by-side extensions aligned with SAP Clean Core.Integrate on-premise systems using Cloud Connector and Identity services.3. Integrations & APIsDevelop integrations using:SAP CPI / Cloud IntegrationAPI ManagementEvent-driven architecture (Event Mesh)OData/REST/SOAP Web ServicesDesign and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows between S/4, BTP, third-party systems.4. Architecture & Technical LeadershipProvide technical leadership in project design sessions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Create technical specifications, solution documentation, integration diagrams, and coding standards.Guide junior developers and ensure high-quality deliverables.5.
