Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 48 per hourOur client is seeking a Consumer CRM Campaign Operations Project Manager to join our Digital Lab team and play a critical role in driving the execution of CRM initiatives across consumer commercial brands.In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of CRM campaign delivery-owning the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns from intake through deployment and optimization. You'll partner closely with brand teams, IT, analytics, compliance/legal, and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, accurately, and at scale, while continuously improving performance and efficiency.This position supports a key franchise group (e.g., Oncology) and is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, highly cross-functional environments and enjoys turning strategy into flawless execution. Responsibilities:Own end-to-end CRM campaign operations including intake, requirements gathering, timelines, dependencies, QA, deployment, and post-launch optimization.Act as the day-to-day CRM operations lead for medium to high-complexity consumer brand campaigns.Lead weekly status meetings, maintain detailed project plans, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timing, and deliverables.Partner with brand, IT, analytics, compliance/legal, and agency teams to capture requirements, document metadata, manage approvals, and validate data inputs.Maintain minute-by-minute awareness of work in progress, proactively identifying risks and mitigating issues.Monitor campaign performance and surface optimization opportunities to improve engagement and efficiency.Manage change requests, assess timeline impacts, and drive standardization, automation, and process improvements.Prepare quarterly campaign audits, performance SLAs, and business reviews for CRM and omnichannel leadership.Support planning cycles with brand and agency partners to align resources and campaign roadmaps.
