This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home, our Greenfield office, and on-site at assigned communities.You'll oversee a portfolio of 9 senior and multi-family properties, featuring a mix of Section 42 and market-rate units. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring high-quality operations and resident satisfaction.What We Offer:Hybrid work - may work from home or the Greenfield office Company vehicle provided for travelCollaborative team environmentFlexible work arrangementsOpportunity to lead and shape property performanceIf you're a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for property management, we'd love to hear from you!Highlights of position responsibilities:Budgets and AccountingAnnual budgetsMeet NOI and budget goalsEvaluate monthly financial statementsPrepare owner reportsLeasing and MarketingOversee property-based marketing and leasing effortsEstablish and implement marketing plansEvaluate market conditions and property comparableOperationsEnsure consistency in property procedures and processMonitor contract process for capitol improvementsEnsure rent collections are in accordance with policies and proceduresReporting and preparation for investor inspectionsEnsure compliance of Section 42 rules, fair housing, federal/state/local laws and Horizon's process and procedures at each property site.Talent ManagementPartner with Human Resources in recruiting and hiringPartner with Training in employee onboarding and staff skill developmentPerformance management and ongoing coachingIdentify and develop potential leadersMore than 8 years of property managementAt least 5 years of LIHTC, Section 42 and/or Market RateLeadership experienceFair Housing TrainingOneSite/Real Page or similar property management systemsStrong excel skillsValid Driver's license, insurance and acceptable motor vehicle record (company car assigned)Compensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPIb781a12c0f9b-3306
