Project Overview Client is seeking a Content Strategist with strong creative production project management experience. This role manages end-to-end timelines for copy design GIF video and interactive ad deliverables. Youll act as the primary link between vendors internal teams and clients-ensuring assets are delivered on time meet requirements and stay aligned with project goals. You should be comfortable stepping in with light copy edits or simple design adjustments to keep production moving. Key Responsibilities Manage timelines milestones and on-time delivery for global creative and interactive ad projects. Coordinate work across designers writers editors vendors sales partners and clients in multiple time zones. Oversee updates reviews and approvals through Slack and Google Workspace. Provide clear consistent status updates to keep all stakeholders aligned. Identify risks early remove blockers and maintain efficient production workflows. Streamline and improve repeatable production processes. Step in to write light copy or make basic Photoshop adjustments when needed. Required Qualifications 4 7 years of experience in creative or production-focused project management. Strong track record managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working directly with vendors and client-facing teams. Technical & Soft Skills Technical: Expert use of Slack and Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana Jira). Basic Photoshop skills. Ability to make quick copy refinements. Soft Skills: Clear and proactive communicator. Highly organized and detail-driven. Strong problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset.
