This role ensures that contents are handled with care documented accurately and restored to SERVPROs quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & RestorationManage contents restoration projects from intake to final deliveryOversee inventory packing cleaning and storage of customer belongingsEnsure quality control during cleaning and restoration processesImplement safety protocols and maintain a clean organized workspaceTeam LeadershipSupervise and train contents technicians in SERVPRO proceduresCoordinate with production teams to ensure efficient job flowSchedule staff and assign tasks based on project needsCustomer ServiceCommunicate with customers to explain processes and answer questionsRespond to concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the jobDocument job progress and updates in SERVPRO systemsLogistics & DocumentationUse inventory software (e.g. Xactimate) to track items and generate reportsMaintain accurate job files and restoration recordsCoordinate transportation and storage logistics for contentsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (required)Valid drivers license (required)2 years of experience in restoration logistics or operations managementIICRC certification (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to lead teams and manage multiple projectsFamiliarity with productivity software and inventory systems Compensation: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
