Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: POSITION SUMMARY:Peer Recovery Supporters are responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents in recovery. Peer Recovery Supporters will ensure residents attend treatment and are successfully phased to different levels in the program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Maintains open communication with counselor regarding residents recovery.2. Completes necessary documentations and records.3. Monitors residents activities and chores.4. Drives residents to appointments and activities.5. Assists residents with intake and move-in orientation. 6. Complete other duties at the discretion of management.Qualifications and Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, certified Peer Recovery Supporter, CDCA Certified or willing to complete certifications. Must possess a valid Ohio drivers license, must have a favorable background check, pre-employment drug screen and reference check.
