Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations. Develop implement and maintain a sustainable continuous improvement strategy. Identify analyze and resolve operational inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks. Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts. Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and problem-solving. Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Extensive knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. VSM 5S Kaizen). Proven ability to lead coach and mentor cross-functional teams in process improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Certification or significant experience in formal change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci). Familiarity with automation technologies IoT or Industry 4.0 principles in a manufacturing context. Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
