Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations. Develop implement and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant. Train coach and mentor employees at all levels in Lean methodologies problem-solving tools and CI principles. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies bottlenecks and waste to drive cost reduction and quality improvement. Establish monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives and project success. Drive a culture of continuous improvement data-driven decision-making and proactive problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field 5 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies (e.g. Kaizen 5S VSM) and Six Sigma projects with measurable results Proficiency in data analysis statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. SPC Root Cause Analysis) Strong project management and change management skills Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Minitab Power BI). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g. IoT AI automation). Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR). Background in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
