Key Responsibilities Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations. Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma and other CI projects from conception to completion. Train coach and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Conduct process analysis value stream mapping and root cause analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Establish monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and ROI. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (5 years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt. Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. VSM 5S Kaizen Kanban TPM). Proven track record of managing complex improvement projects and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for process integration and data analysis. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts automation or smart factory initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
