The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Lansing seeking Continuous Improvement Managers who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations. Develop implement and sustain effective improvement strategies and solutions. Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and principles to employees. Monitor track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to improvement initiatives. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid process improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (5 years) driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen 5S Value Stream Mapping). Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement solutions.
