This role is ideal for a detail-oriented data-driven professional who excels in process optimization system effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities* Monitor analyze and interpret performance data to identify process improvements that enhance business outcomes* Utilize databases management information systems and reporting tools to extract compile and interpret performance metrics* Partner with internal teams to support performance improvement plans corrective action initiatives and system enhancements* Develop tools for tracking performance monitoring outcomes and supporting organizational objectives* Interpret policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business requirements and improvement initiatives* Manage system and database integrity including reviewing and processing changes deletions and customer information requests* Perform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills and Abilities* Knowledge of workforce development economic development business intelligence evolving industry trends and project management practices* Strong understanding of management techniques including planning strategy development implementation and outcome measurement* Experience working in a performance-based environment within the public or private sector with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights* Proficiency in word processing applications spreadsheets and general computer and technology tools* Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills* Strong problem-solving critical thinking organizational and detail-oriented capabilities* Ability to use statistical methods to analyze and interpret complex data sets* Ability to identify and resolve deficiencies in large sophisticated databasesEducation and Experience* Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study* Five years of related experience with supervisory experience preferred* Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree* Valid drivers license and active auto insurancePhysical Requirements* Ability to lift up to ten pounds occasionally* Ability to stand sit walk bend and perform routine office activities* Visual acuity clear speech and hearing required* Primarily office-based role with occasional travel* Flexible scheduling may be requiredRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Business Intelligence,Children Activity,Business Analysis,Corporate Sales,ABB,Corporate Development Experience: years Vacancy: 1
