Key Responsibilities Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies. Identify analyze and eliminate process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks to improve productivity and quality. Develop implement and sustain improvement projects that drive cost reduction cycle time reduction and enhanced product quality. Train mentor and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles tools and problem-solving techniques. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and quantify the impact of improvement efforts. Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and foster a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement. Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the manufacturing facility. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g. VSM Kaizen 5S SMED) and problem-solving tools. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for identifying improvement opportunities. Demonstrated ability to manage projects drive change and influence cross-functional teams.
