Key Responsibilities Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma TPM) across manufacturing operations. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies. Develop implement and manage a portfolio of CI projects to achieve measurable improvements in safety quality delivery and cost. Provide training coaching and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles tools and methodologies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain gains from improvement activities. Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Standardize best practices and ensure adherence to new processes and systems post-implementation. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization. Demonstrated ability to train mentor and influence cross-functional teams at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
