Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations. Identify analyze and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness. Develop implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainment of improvement projects. Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities using structured approaches (e.g. DMAIC PDCA). Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization promoting employee engagement and ownership. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of CI projects aligned with strategic business objectives. Recommended Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. 5 years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI initiatives with measurable results. Strong proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. VSM Kaizen 5S SMED Root Cause Analysis). Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field. Excellent project management change management and cross-functional leadership skills. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau) or statistical programming languages (e.g. Python R). Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Demonstrated success in integrating Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g. IoT AI automation) into continuous improvement strategies. Formal certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
