Your efforts ensure that patients and physicians have timely access to the medicines they need.WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVEIn this role you will:Participate in implementation of the innovative electronic on-the-job training (eOJT) application at the Pfizer Sanford site.Work cross-functionally supporting different departments with authoring of eOJTs.Project manage transition from paper OJTs to eOJT.Manage eOJT project metrics and present data for management review.Create and coach SMEs to develop eOJT training materials enhancing site performance.Maintain knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and stay updated on regulatory and compliance issues.Manage technology and resources for effective technical training delivery.Investigate learning gap deviations recommend solutions and propose training improvements for continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONS Applicant must have a bachelors degree with 0 years of experience; OR Must-Havean associates degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.Excellent communication skills both oral and written.Solid understanding of GMP and Regulatory Training compliance.Experience in Technical Training Skills.Proficiency in MS Office especially Word and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and time management skills.Nice-to-Have:A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory complianceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasksExperience in developing and delivering training programsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teamsDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor othersWork Location Assignment:On PremiseOTHER JOB DETAILSLast Date to Apply for Job: November 28 2025Additional Location Information: USA - NC - Sanford - Oak Park Eligible for Relocation Package NOSecondment 12 monthsIf you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for12 months or longer you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment.
