Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Pipeline EngineerLocation: Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid: Three times a week)Rate: $40 – $60/hr (W2)Contract Duration: 6 MonthsContract Type: W2 (Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field5–10 years of relevant pipeline engineering experienceFamiliarity with PHMSA regulations and compliance standardsStrong understanding of pipeline integrity, design, and development processesProficiency in engineering design, feasibility analysis, and regulatory compliancePowerBI experience is preferredResponsibilities:Perform engineering tasks on pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with PHMSA and industry standardsProvide pipeline integrity support to capital projects in development phasesImplement structured asset integration processes into operational systemsDesign materials, structures, and systems with attention to practicality, safety, regulation, and costConduct feasibility studies and assess resource requirements (labor and materials)Establish standards for operating and development activitiesValidate and analyze engineering approaches suggested by junior staffMake decisions using established guidelines, policies, and proceduresTackle complex assignments with innovative approaches and resolve unusual technical challengesApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.(Blue Star Partners LLC will not sponsor applicants for work visas, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT, CPT, or other visa statuses.)
