Job Description

Position Title: Contract CoordinatorWork Location: Irvine, CA USA 92612Assignment Duration: 3 months (possible extension)Work Schedule / Arrangement: Hybrid (initially onsite Monday-Thursday; potential future shift to Tuesday-Thursday onsite) Position SummaryManage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management systemIndependently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as neededEnsure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulationsSeek process efficiencies and workflow optimization Qualifications & ExperienceBA or two years of undergraduate education preferredMinimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance)Experience with contract management/vendor management programs required; SAP experience is a plusStrong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skillsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
