Our client, Arrow Electronics, Inc., is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Assembly and Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 17 USD/hr

What's the Job?

1. Perform hardware assembly: Execute low complexity builds of computing products following specific technical plans.
2. Component Installation: Install system hardware and internal components with precision.
3. Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate product records by capturing component and system serial numbers.
4. Quality Control: Identify and process non-conforming materials to ensure high-standard output.
5. Logistics Support: Prepare, kit, and package products for final delivery, including custom labeling.

What's Needed?

1. Technical Aptitude: Experience or interest in assembling computer hardware or electronic components.
2. Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle small parts and tools required for system integration.
3. Commitment to Quality: High level of accuracy in tracking serial numbers and applying labels.
4. Team Player: Willingness to engage in cross-training to support overall production goals.
5. Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work the fixed weekend shift (Friday - Monday).
