The CSSO will be responsible for implementing and enforcing security policies coordinating personnel access and ensuring compliance with government directives and contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership attention to detail and a deep understanding of secure facility protocols.Requirements:3 years of experience in physical security access control or military/law enforcement2 years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environmentKnowledge of ICD 705 SCIF access procedures and secure operations protocolsActive TS/SCI with Polygraph clearanceFamiliarity with access control systems VMS and visitor access protocolsEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight typically less than 20 pounds but may vary depending on the position.
