You will collaborate with business executives to design and implement effective control strategies ensuring our operations are secure and efficient. Your work will directly contribute to the firms success and help maintain our reputation for excellence.Job responsibilitiesServe as a control manager supporting the Portfolio Strategy & Automation (PS&A) sub-LOB and the Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) productProvide agility controls support across the 12 CCB Operations productsProvide direct support to PS&A and IPA as it relates to control testing process annual reviews exam management preparation policy/procedure reviews and regulatory obligation advisementPerform risk identification and controls support for product initiatives including AI/ML use casesPartner with Product group controls managers across CCB Operations to ensure consistent product agility control executionDrive continuous improvement in risk management practicesRequired qualifications capabilities and skills3 years of financial services experience in controls audit quality assurance risk management or complianceAbility to analyze problems with keen attention to detailStrong communication skills with comfort communicating with managementWell-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them within established timeframesStrong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word Excel PowerPoint)Preferred qualifications capabilities and skillsWorking knowledge of CORE and other Controls-related tools and processesCapability to apply AI/ML concepts to support risk management applications and enhance decision-making processes.Demonstrated controls experience as it pertains to Intelligent Solutions Model Governance and/or technology use casesKnowledge of Agile principles Jira and product agility controlsProviding issue management support particularly in regards to technology dependent action plansStrong digital literacy for the effective use of digital tools and platforms in control frameworksRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Conveyancing Paralegal,Fireworks,Logistics,Clinical,Avionics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
