DescriptionWere searching for a Control Systems Tech II someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance make revisions to the software and hardware operating systems develop and run simulations of control loop performance develop new control loops install new controllers develop and install new graphical interfaces of the facility equipment to primarily include Control Systems such as HVAC control systems Building Automation Systems Energy Management and monitoring systems and associated systems in accordance with departmental hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.Think youve got what it takesAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.Skills & Requirements:Required H.S. Diploma or equivalent5 years experience as a DDC controls systems service-related technician. And factory trained in a DDC systems programming language. Building Automation System experience Preferred hospital experiencePreferred Honeywell building automation system experiencePreferred commercial high-rise controls systems experienceJob Duties & Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for control systems and associated systems and equipment to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability according to standards established by management teamPerforms inspections maintenance and repairs to facilities to provide a safe environment for patients staff and visitorsPerforms repairs to failed equipment according to established standards and within acceptable timeframesProvides notification of equipment shutdowns to appropriate leadership departmental personnel and Service Response Center OperatorsMaintains documentation to accurately record equipment problems and failures specifically including but not limited to work order completenessReports major failures and equipment malfunctions to ManagerAssists with oversees and/or inspects repairs or modifications performed by contractorsDemonstrates ability to perform controls systems skill setsCreates a bill of materials from blueprintsDemonstrates ability to perform Unit 200 Duties as required to successfully complete the Unit 200 Competency checklist:Demonstrate knowledge of fire alarm responseDemonstrate knowledge of Incident Management Team (IMT) responseDemonstrate knowledge of Response to Utility lossesDemonstrate the ability to respond to an elevator emergencyDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with leadershipPerform troubleshooting and problem-solving maintenance duties for control systems and associated systems and equipment according to standards established by management teamDemonstrate technical knowledge depth for control systems and associated systems according to standards established by management teamDemonstrates work product meets the expected criteriaDemonstrate accountability for customer service and professional behavior through personal work ethic and teamworkDemonstrate accountability for effective communication skillsDemonstrate accountability for management skill setsConsistently demonstrates positive responsible leadership and guidance Key Skills Feed,Apache Commons,Maintenance,Business Support,Clinical Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
