Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial accounting reporting and general ledger operations. Manage the budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes. Direct cost accounting activities including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation. Develop and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Provide financial analysis and insights to support manufacturing operations and strategic decision-making. Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions. Lead and mentor the accounting team fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in cost accounting inventory valuation and production variance analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing or optimizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards for financial insights. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation within the finance function. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic operational decision-making. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.
