Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial reporting including month-end close and preparation of financial statements. Manage budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes for manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies safeguarding company assets and manufacturing assets. Analyze production costs gross margins and inventory levels to identify efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities. Drive cash flow management and working capital optimization within the manufacturing environment. Lead the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes relevant to production. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5 years of progressive experience in accounting leadership within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting inventory valuation and financial reporting for manufacturing operations. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis processes. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP system implementations or significant upgrades (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics). Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification. Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI). Experience in a multi-national manufacturing environment including familiarity with IFRS and foreign currency transactions.
