With recent contract wins and rapid growth we offer a dynamic environment where your expertise makes an impact.Why This Role MattersAs Controller youll lead the accounting function and play a critical role in financial strategy compliance and operational excellence. This is an opportunity to guide a high-growth GovCon organization through complex government contracting requirements while supporting projects that matter on a national scale.What Youll Do Oversee all accounting operations including GL AP AR payroll and cost accounting Manage month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely accurate financial reporting Ensure GAAP compliance and proper revenue recognition for government contracts (T&M CPFF FFP) Maintain and monitor indirect cost rates; oversee Incurred Cost Submissions and DCAA compliance Lead audit preparation tax filings and internal controls Partner with leadership on budgeting forecasting and cash flow management Drive ERP optimization and process improvements across finance operations Mentor and develop accounting team membersWhat You Bring Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred) 10 years of progressive accounting experience including at least 3 years in a leadership role Deep knowledge of GAAP FAR/CAS and GovCon compliance Experience with ERP systems (Navision/Business Central preferred) and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical communication and leadership abilities Prior experience in aerospace defense or government contracting environmentsPerks & Benefits Competitive salary plus annual bonus potential Comprehensive health dental vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off holidays and parental leave Tuition reimbursement and career development supportReady to lead and make an impact Apply today and help us drive innovation in aerospace and space.IND123 Key Skills Aviation Safety,Corporate Banking,Front Office,AC Maintenance,Cosmetics,Art Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
