Manage cost accounting activities including standard cost development variance analysis and COGS reporting. Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Analyze manufacturing variances production costs and inventory valuations to identify areas for improvement. Direct the monthly quarterly and annual close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing organization. Deep expertise in cost accounting principles including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) for manufacturing operations and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of GAAP internal controls and experience managing audit processes. Proven ability in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis specific to production environments. CPA or CMA certification highly preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects. Proficiency in business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for advanced financial analysis and reporting. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their financial implications. Experience with financial modeling for M&A activities capital expenditures or new product development.
