Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of financial accounting reporting and general ledger operations. Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems including inventory valuation and variance analysis. Lead the annual budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes. Ensure compliance with GAAP company policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee the design and implementation of effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives. Manage cash flow working capital and treasury functions. Recommended Qualifications 8 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance with at least 3 years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment. Deep expertise in cost accounting principles inventory valuation and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations. Proven ability to lead financial reporting budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning processes. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with manufacturing ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects. Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their financial implications. Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites or international locations.
