Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts for manufacturing operations. Oversee all cost accounting activities including inventory valuation standard costing and variance analysis. Develop implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies. Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and strategic planning. Manage cash flow working capital and coordinate external audits. Recommended Qualifications 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with a significant portion in manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred. Proven expertise in cost accounting inventory management and standard costing methodologies within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis. Strong experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting for manufacturing operations. Demonstrated leadership abilities including team management and process improvement initiatives.
