CONTROLLER & HUMAN RESCOURCES OPERATIONS MANAGER (Permanent) Our client an established CPA firm in WNY is looking to hire a Controller / Human Resources Operations Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a mixed role and enjoys helping a company run smoothly through a hands-on approach. Responsibilities:Perform daily in-house accounting & human resources responsibilities to ensure smooth operations of the organizationUtilize QuickBooks Desktop daily to manage internal accounting functionsOversee general ledger journal entries and bank reconciliationsManage the AP/AR team to ensure accuracy providing training and guidance as necessaryPerform internal payroll responsibilities working alongside Payroll SupervisorPerform benefits administration processing employee changes and enrollments in a timely mannerAct as the primary point of contact for any benefits/payroll policy & PTO inquiries from employeesCreate and maintain detailed compensation spreadsheetsMaintain complex buyout spreadsheets to accurately reflect percentages & allocationsManage employee files to ensure compliance with internal processesTake part in HR activities such as onboarding new hires employee relations internal meetings etc.Audit current accounting/HR procedures to determine areas for improvement and implement changes accordinglyWork well in a team environment as well as independentlyOther duties as assigned/as necessaryDetails:Position is full-time direct hire100% in-office with flexibility to WFH as needed$80000 - $130000 annually depending on experience with bonus potentialHealth Dental Vision Supplemental health 401k with match PTO Paid HolidaysBachelors degree in Accounting5 years Accounting experienceProficient computer skills specifically QuickBooks; ADP is a plusPayroll/benefits processing experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent analysis and interpretation skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-motivatedRelocation not available Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not availableAll employees and applicants please know that you have access at all times to New York State and Federal Labor Laws and Posters at the Government Agency websites: Key Skills Advertising Management,Arabic Speaking,Hr Executive Recruitment,Logistics & Administration,Drafting,Investment Management Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 80000 - 130000
