Our CFO and CAS team works to develop relationships with business owners to ensure that they have the necessary information to make the right decisions for the growth and profitability of their organization.What Youll Do:Proactively build relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients offering accurate recommendations and considerationsExecute on standardized deliverables packages including regular client meetings general accounting & bookkeeping complex financial statement preparation and analysis cash flow management and auditor managementMonitor WIP within engagement to ensure that work is being completed within budgeted time periodCoach and develop a team of staff and senior accountants providing actionable feedback and development opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to cross sell existing clients by partnering with leaders from other service linesQualifications:Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA preferred5 years experience in accounting manager or controller role within public accounting2 years experience managing client relationshipsEffective verbal and written communication skillsTime management and ability to meet deadlinesProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionAvailable to work additional hours when necessary during tax seasonThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
