This role partners closely with leadership to provide financial insights, support planning efforts, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee core accounting functions, including general ledger, reporting, and compliance Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions Manage audit, tax, and regulatory processes in coordination with external partners Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance Develop and improve processes, controls, and financial discipline across the organization Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities Lead and develop the accounting team, including performance management and resource planning Support system optimization and technology initiatives related to financial operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership Experience overseeing financial reporting, close processes, and compliance Strong analytical, communication, and systems skills Background in project-based or service-oriented environments preferred Interested in hearing more?
