Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations including General Ledger Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Manage cost accounting activities including inventory valuation standard costing and variance analysis for manufacturing operations. Prepare and publish timely monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting processes analyzing and reporting on variances. Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with GAAP tax regulations and other statutory reporting requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred. 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting principles inventory valuation and production variance analysis. Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis processes. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Prior involvement in ERP system implementations or significant module optimizations. Exposure to international manufacturing operations and multi-currency accounting.
