Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. Manage and optimize cost accounting systems including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes providing strategic financial insights. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive experience in a Controller or senior accounting role within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in cost accounting principles including standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation. Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365) in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in process improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) within manufacturing operations. Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for financial analysis. Experience with multi-entity consolidations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) in a global manufacturing context.
