Experience in a law office is a definite plus.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash ManagementManage and coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Month, Quarter, and Year-End closeEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filingsCollaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy and forecastingLead, train, and develop accounting teamRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingProficient in QuickBooksExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Generous paid time off
