This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant innovative company that values leadership excellence and forward-thinking.What Youll Do: Lead and inspire a dedicated finance team of 3 fostering a culture of accuracy efficiency and continuous improvement. Oversee all financial transactions ensuring every check payment and deposit is handled with precision. Manage cash flow to keep the business agile and prepared for new opportunities. Strengthen vendor relationships with timely payments and discounts while ensuring all receivables are promptly collected. Drive monthly financial reporting including job costing AR aging and balance sheet reconciliationsdelivering clear insights to guide company decisions. Support the President with strategic budgeting asset management and financial planning. Lead exciting projects such as transitioning systems from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics and Power BImodernizing our financial infrastructure. Play a key role in insurance renewals audits and ensuring compliance across all financial and asset management.Who You Are: A seasoned finance professional with a bachelors degree in finance or accounting required. 8-10 years of solid experience including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role. Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systemsExcel mastery is a must! A skilled communicator who can clearly articulate financial insights and build strong relationships. Passionate about leading teams improving processes and making strategic contributions that propel a company forward.Compensation and Benefits: $125000-$150000/annually with bonus opportunity.
