DescriptionRobert Half is partnering with a manufacturing company in northern Denver on an Accounting Manager opening. This role will report up to the CEO. This role is 100% in office.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial accounting for a growing manufacturing company. This role will manage a team of three and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with all applicable standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of three accounting professionals.Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Maintain and optimize accounting systems; Sage 100 experience highly preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to lead a talented team in a stable, growing company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Experience in manufacturing or similar industry mandatory.Proficiency with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems (highly preferred).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Job typePerm
