As a Controller at Sentry Force Security, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the company's success. Daily Responsibilities: Manage financial reporting and analysis Oversee month-end close processes Conduct reconciliations of accounts Develop and implement financial strategies Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable Oversee and manage collection activities Oversee the payroll department, including auditing payroll journals Manage and prepare all invoices Coordinate insurance renewals by preparing and providing all necessary reports and documentation Assist with tax preparation during tax season Prepare detailed financial reports, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making Required Skills: Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Experience with financial statements and public accounting Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and reconciliations Ability to develop and implement internal controls CPA certification or Enrolled Agent designation Company Information: Sentry Force Security provides armed and unarmed security guard services, including foot and vehicle patrols, to protect client properties and ensure safety.
