Job Title: Controller Company: Confidential Adventure / Travel / Outdoor Lifestyle Brand Location: Minneapolis MN (Remote initially Hybrid in the future) Work Authorization: US Citizen only Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Reports To: CEO Industry: Retail Outdoor Lifestyle E-Commerce Job Summary A fast-growing entrepreneurial company in the adventure and outdoor lifestyle space is seeking a hands-on growth-oriented Controller to help build and mature its financial infrastructure. This individual will own the end-to-end accounting function lead the monthly/quarterly/annual close strengthen reporting processes and ensure a strong liquidity structure. This role is ideal for an Assistant Controller ready for the next step or a Controller who enjoys building scalable processes in a fast-paced growth-stage environment. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with operations HR logistics supply chain and vendor teams.
