Our client a fast-growing manufacturing startup is seeking a Controller with 5 years of experience to lead the companys accounting function prepare for future audits and manage the consolidation of financials across multiple acquired entities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strengthening financial reporting operational visibility and scalable accounting infrastructure to support rapid growth. What Youll Do Lead all accounting operations ensuring audit readiness and compliance.Manage the consolidation of subsidiary financials and implement a best-fit consolidation system.Identify and correct accounting deficiencies particularly around cost and inventory accounting.Establish and enhance internal controls accounting processes and reporting procedures.Oversee financial reporting for all corporate entities and acquired companies.
