Controlling and Accounting Manager Buford Georgia Salary: 115000 USD Bonus I am partnering with an established automotive manufacturing organisation that is hiring a Controlling and Accounting Manager for its plant in Buford Georgia. This role suits someone who enjoys being deeply involved in daily operations while also influencing strategic financial outcomes. About the Role You will take responsibility for the full controlling and accounting scope within the plant while working closely with cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves leading a small team and delivering accurate financial insights that support operational and commercial goals. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting forecasting reporting and financial analysis Manage monthly quarterly and annual closing in line with IFRS and GAAP Ensure accuracy across the general ledger AP AR fixed assets and payroll Run reporting in SAP and Lucanet with strong variance analysis Present financial results with clear recommendations Maintain bi-weekly liquidity forecasts Execute product costing cost center accounting pricing and internal allocations Support production controlling and monitor plant cost efficiency Support investment planning including DCF calculations and capacity studies Review KPIs including working capital PPV and related metrics Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations Manage internal and external audits Identify opportunities to improve transparency and efficiency Lead and mentor a small accounting team Partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field Five or more years of controlling or accounting experience in manufacturing Automotive sector experience is preferred Strong understanding of IFRS GAAP cost accounting and tax rules Experience with SAP Lucanet and advanced Excel Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly Hands-on detail-driven mindset with strategic capability Fluent in English Whats on Offer Salary of 115000 USD plus bonus Full benefits package Strong career development opportunities International collaborative environment Key Skills Internal Audit,Supervising,Data Entry,Compliance,Customer Service,Accounting & Finance,General Ledger Accounting,IFRS,External Audit,Microsoft Excel,ERP,Payroll,Financial statement,ACCA,CPA Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
