Key Responsibilities Design program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment. Develop and implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency quality and safety. Provide expert technical support for electrical control and instrumentation issues on the production floor. Manage and execute control system upgrade projects including hardware and software integration. Create and maintain comprehensive control system documentation electrical schematics and P&IDs. Participate in the commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing control systems and processes. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell/Allen-Bradley Siemens) for industrial automation. Experience with HMI/SCADA system design development and integration. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP). Ability to read interpret and modify electrical schematics and P&IDs. Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex control system issues in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc KUKA ABB) programming and integration. Proficiency in advanced SCADA/MES systems (e.g. Ignition Wonderware) and database integration (SQL). Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection and guidance. Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and best practices.
