Key Responsibilities Design develop and program PLC and HMI applications for manufacturing equipment and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system failures electrical issues and performance bottlenecks. Develop and maintain electrical schematics control system documentation and Bills of Material (BOMs). Lead the commissioning startup and validation of new machinery and control system upgrades. Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency reliability and safety. Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on control systems. Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Recommended Qualifications Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Demonstrated experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus). Proven ability to troubleshoot complex control systems including electrical and software components. Experience with industrial robotics vision systems or advanced motion control applications. Solid understanding of electrical schematics P&IDs and control panel design principles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB). Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for inspection and guidance. Familiarity with database integration (SQL Historian) for data logging and reporting. Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g. Python C#) for custom applications or data analysis.
